Corys Piping Systems at WETEX Exhibition 2022

WETEX is one of the largest sustainability, clean energy technology exhibitions in the MEA region. This year, a total of 1,750 companies participated at this event from 55 countries. These companies represented energy, water, environment, oil, gas, sustainable technology, and related sectors. Corys Piping Systems was one of the key exhibitors at this event in the wastewater, treatment and environment pavilion.

Corys Piping Systems along with its partners, GF Piping Systems, Aquestia, and Molecor, showcased its sustainable and state-of-the-art piping systems and solutions along with corrugated PE pipes, Aquestia’ s latest unique, end-to-end smart water solutions, and GF Piping Systems’ engineering services and capabilities.

During the course of this three days event, our representatives from Molecor and GF Piping Systems had the good opportunity to share their expertise in the field of engineering and piping solutions through dedicated presentation which were hosted at the side-lines of this exhibition.

Mark Jarrett, Head of Business Unit for Utilities, Engineering Services & Solutions (Middle East Region) at GF Piping Systems discussed about the range of services & solutions available from GF that can enhance the design, installation and operation to thermoplastic piping systems that can give added value to all project stakeholders and complete peace of mind to the asset owner. He also touched on topics such as GPS location of installed products with web platform monitoring, the world’s first Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of thermoplastic pipe welds with a Pass/Fail assessment and extended weld warranty, lifetime assessment service for existing pipe systems.

Walter Philip Pattynama, Manager of Asia at Molecor talked about Water Distribution Networks and how to save on cost, and scarce water resources.

Their brief and informative session was well received by the audience.

In summary, it was very successful in person event and the team at Corys Piping Systems had the good opportunity to meet valuable partners and clients, as well as explore possibilities of future business opportunities.
